Effective Feedback
The purpose of the project was to support clinicians to develop skill in giving effective feedback to medical trainees. Feedback is a conversation that takes place in order to improve work performance. It is a crucial element of learning. Most importantly giving effective feedback enhances trainee wellbeing and improves the quality of patient care. Working closely with a number of medical training bodies we scripted and develop a series of learning video scenarios and animations. The project was about creating a cultural change that would welcome feedback as well as sharing how to do it in practise.
